Description

Hybrid package pressure sensor is a ssop-hybrid device including a piezo-resistive pressure sensor and a signal conditioning circuit. The sensor has the features of the small form factor, high reliability and high accuracy. This temperature compensated and calibrated sensor provides an accurate, high level analog output signal that is proportional to applied pressure. The pressure rang of the sensor cell is 0~100 kPa absolute pressure. The supply voltage is 5±0.5V,the typical supply current is 2.5mA.
