Back pressure absolute pressure chip deposits a miniature piezo-resistive on a solid silicon film, and when powered by 5VDC, its piezo-resistive effect is used to sense the deformation of the film caused by pressure, providing an accurate, linearly related voltage output with the external sensed pressure.
