Shanghai Integrated Micro System Technology , short for SIMST, was incubated in Shanghai Institute of Microsystems, Chinese Academy of Sciences in Shanghai.

March 2010

SIMST entered the field of automotive pressure sensor chips in 2010 and engaged itself in R&D, production and sales of MEMS pressure sensor chips.

June 2015

SIMST moved to Suzhou Nano city, changed its name from Shanghai Integrated Micro System Technology to Suzhou Integrated Micro System Technology.

September 2018

SIMST passed the automotive IATF 16949 quality system.

October 2019

SIMST set up its first MEMS pressure chip packaging lines.

November 2020

SIMST expanded its production capacity including 5 MEMS pressure chip packaging lines and 7 automotive pressure module calibration lines with automotive-grade reliability.

November 2021

SIMST established its own pressure sensor conditioning chip lines and welding factory.
