Description

The pressure sensor module is composed of a pressure sensor module and signal processing circuit in a SOP-6 package, mounted on a heterogeneous PCB substrate made of FR4 material with a diameter of 25mm.The sensor has the features of the small form factor, high reliability and high accuracy. This temperature compensated and calibrated sensor provides an accurate, high level analog output signal that is proportional to applied pressure. The pressure range is -5~+3 kPa gauge pressure. The supply voltage is 5±0.5V,the typical supply current is 2.5mA.
