The Z350 is a highly integrated, low-powered conditioning sensor chip designed for bridge resistance sensors; The chip performs high-precision amplification and 14-bit analog-to-digital conversion of the sensor input signal, and then calculates the coefficient stored by the on-chip EEPROM through DSP to achieve accurate and fast calibration of the sensor, and the final calibration result can be output analog signal by the on-chip DAC, or calibrated digital signal through I2C output. For the bridge resistive sensor signal, the Z250 digitally calibrates the zero-bias, gain and nonlinearity of the bridge; The Z250 has an integrated temperature sensor, which can realize digital calibration of the sensor's temperature linearity or nonlinearity.
Z350 has a built-in overvoltage and reverse voltage protection circuit, the protection range is +24V~-20V.
The Z350 chips are specially designed for calibration production, making them suitable for large-scale batch calibration.
